How does Click & Collect work?

When you shop online, simply select Click & Collect at the checkout. Please note, Click & Collect will only appear as a delivery option if everything in your bag is available with this service.

How will I know my Click & Collect service is available for collection?

Orders can take 24 hours to process to our Click & Collect location.

When your order has arrived, we will send you an email to let you know that it’s ready to be collected. Please wait for your Ready for Collection email to arrive before you go to your Click & Collect point. (Please check our opening hours before placing your order).

How much does Click & Collect cost?

Our Click & Collect service is free of charge.

How can Click & Collect orders be returned?

Orders placed using our Click & Collect service can be returned in the same way as any other online order.

Please bring a form of a photo ID that contains your full name.
If someone else collects your order on your behalf, they will be asked for your photo ID as well as their own.
You will be asked to sign for the package, to confirm receipt.
