How it works: Choose from our flagship store at 89 Jermyn Street, London and collect your order at your convenience. (Please check our opening hours before placing your order). You will receive an email to tell you when your order is ready to collect.
- Please bring a form of a photo ID and something that contains your full name.
- If someone else collects your order on your behalf, they will be asked for your photo ID as well as their own.
- You will be asked to sign for the package, to confirm receipt.

Option Five
InPost 24/7 Lockers
When you select InPost at checkout, we will let you know when your parcel arrives at your chosen point. To open the locker, scan your QR code or open
the door remotely in the app. If you're using a shop just show your QR code to a staff member.

Customs authorities in the EU will apply customs, excise and VAT procedures to goods from the UK.
EU Standard Delivery- £25
Delivery for most standard orders within 5-10 working days. PLEASE NOTE - this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
Deliveries to mainland Europe, where possible, are made by road service - a dangerous goods surcharge is not applicable.

REST OF WORLD - Rest of the World Standard Delivery - £60
Delivery for most standard orders within 10-15 working days. PLEASE NOTE - this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
Deliveries to the rest of the world are made by air service.
A £35 dangerous goods surcharge is applicable for all international orders containing products with alcohol content.

RESTRICTED GOODS & SURCHARGES
Unfortunately, due to customs restrictions within certain countries/states, we are unable to deliver the following products which are considered hazardous due to the alcohol content:

- Eau de Toilettes
- Aftershave
- Mouth Wash
- Room Fragrance
Please CONTACT US to find a list of destinations which we are permitted to send hazardous items.
If you require International Delivery, please be aware of the various customs restrictions that apply to different countries around the world; for example, Japanese Customs restrict all deliveries of toiletry products to a maximum of 24 items per shipment.
Please check with us, before ordering if you are unsure of the restrictions in your country and we can advise accordingly.
Please note: for both the UK and international orders, the delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example, Customs delays, adverse weather conditions or an increase in demand.
Our Customer Service Team will update you if anything changes with your order.
Most UK orders are sent with DPD from our warehouse. We partner with other brands and, in some cases, APC. Your dispatch email will contain the carrier and dispatch details for your convenience.
Please note we do not ship to DPD Pickup Shops.
Orders shipped to Europe and the rest of the world will be delivered by DHL or FedEX.

How long do I have to pick up my parcel?
Once your parcel has landed in your locker of choice, you've got 3 days to pick it up. InPost will send you a nudge when there are 24 hours left.
How do I track my parcel?
You can find your tracking details in the InPost app, or check your inbox for an email from InPost where there’s a handy link to track your parcel.
When can I collect my parcel?
InPost will send you an email and a text the moment your parcel arrives.
If you've got the app, you'll also get a notification from them.
Most lockers are 24/7, so you can pick up whenever it works for you – just make sure you pick up within 3 days.
Can someone else pick up your parcel?
Yes they can - send them a screenshot of your QR code. Alternatively, they can use your collection code (sent to you via email and text) and mobile number to grab
your goodies.
Do you need an ID to collect your parcel?
No, you don't. If you have ordered your parcel to an InPost Shop simply show your QR code to the staff member for them to scan; this contains a PIN that can only be used
for your parcel.
