Enriched with British extracts of willow, hops and oat, our No. 89 Aftershave Balm also contains a premium blend of blackcurrant and rapeseed oils to comfort delicate skin and stop it from getting dry or irritated. Borage oil specifically helps skin to retain its natural moisture while aloe vera and menthol provide a refreshing cooling effect.

Introduced in 1951, No. 89 takes its name from the number of the Floris shop and perfumery in Jermyn Street, which was originally the family home and remains very much the beating heart of our perfume house today. No. 89 was created in the sub-basement at 89 Jermyn Street which was traditionally and affectionally known as ‘The Mine’, and is where all of our fragrances were created up until the late 1970s. Devoted wearers of No. 89 include Cary Grant, Sir Alec Guinness and Ian Fleming, creator of James Bond.

    This is my first experience of Floris aftershave balm, I have for many years use one supply by the “oldest barbers” just up the road! I have been impressed with both the textures and fragrance my only complaint would be that I would like more than 100ml and maybe in a pump bottle
